Kent heads up the IBM Technical Support Appliance program, which helps clients discover IT assets in data centers to make informed code currency and product support decisions. Kent is passionate about transparent client relationships and has led initiatives at IBM across supply chain, software development and proactive technology support for 22 years. He thrives on stitching technologies together into a cohesive solution to help clients overcome complex business issues. Kent resides in Austin, Texas and enjoys life with his wife and two energetic boys, dreaming of the next beach vacation, and endlessly organizing his garage.
