Juhi McClelland

General Manager, Technology Support Services – North America

As General Manager of IBM’s Technology Support Services (TSS) business in North America, Juhi leads a multi-billion dollar P&L directly teams across Sales, Delivery, Offerings and Business Operations. She spends much of her time with clients building strategic partnerships to deliver compelling support solutions. She’s passionate about enabling technologies like Predictive Maintenance, Cognitive Support, Augmented Reality and Blockchain for support. Prior to this as Global Vice President of TSS, Juhi led TSS’s development, offerings portfolio and Go-to-Market globally. She was responsible for global multivendor support services, working with key alliance partners across Datacenter, IoT and Software.

Prior to this role, Juhi was IBM’s VP of Sales for Department of Defense. She led a team of sales managers and architects to drive IBM solutions around datacenter transformation, cloud computing and business analytics. As part of IBM Systems Group, Juhi was VP of Global Sales for small and mid-size customers. She managed a multi-billion dollar sales quota and global sales through IBM’s business partner channel.

In addition, she has held several Development and Product Management leadership positions within IBM’s datacenter portfolio worldwide including Vice President of Retail and Global Director of BladeCenter including leading the industry consortium blade.org.

Juhi has worked for IBM in Asia Pacific in the Telecom business and as a Business Transformation Consultant in IBM Global Services Strategy and Change Practice.

Juhi is a member of IBM’s Acceleration Team.

Prior to joining IBM, Juhi has worked with Wipro-Apple, India. She has a Bachelors (Honors) in Economics, Statistics and Systems and MBA in Marketing.
