Andrea Sayles

Andrea has more than 40 years of experience in IBM Sales and Services and has consistently worked to build teams responsible for IBM's leadership in our Global and Growth Markets.

Andrea was named into the IBM Business Resiliency Services role in April of this year. Having a broad base of experience managing some of IBM’s largest global clients in both IBM Sales and Services made her uniquely qualified for this critical and growing Service Line within Global Technology Services.

Prior to rejoining IBM Technology Services in April, Andrea spent the past 6 years in Global Markets as a Managing Director (MD) in support of IBM’s largest global accounts based in Singapore and London. As an MD, Andrea has been responsible for the entire portfolio of our client’s business with IBM, including the Enterprise and Business Segment relationships with IBM on a worldwide basis.

Prior to becoming an MD, she spent 18 years in Global Technology Services managing some of IBM’s most visible global accounts, working to manage clients with complex transitions, particularly focused on migrating these clients from competitive environments to IBM. During this time in Global Services she was awarded the prestigious Lou Gerstner Award for Client Excellence – IBM’s highest recognition for dedication to client success.

Andrea also led the team responsible for the divestiture of IBM’s Global Network to AT&T, and has also held leadership positions in Human Resources, Operations, Technology, and Manufacturing in IBM.
