Tom is currently a global solutions executive with IBM's GTS Network Services, where over the past 15 years he has been a lead architect, network manager, product manager and project executive. Prior to IBM, Tom was a stockbroker, consultant, R&D manager and more, and has co-authored a few books and published more than 400 articles, primarily on VOIP and security topics. He holds CCIE #8829 (Emeritus) and Master IT Architect (The Open Group) certifications among others.
