Laurence Guihard-Joly is a General Manager of IBM Resiliency Services, accountable for worldwide business performance, P&L and client satisfaction. She additionally is responsible for leading strategy, portfolio, offering development, sales, alliances and delivery. IBM's Resiliency teams across the world provide consulting, design, implement, cloud, managed and outsourcing services solutions to help clients manage their risks and achieve their business goals in an increasingly “always-on” world. Laurence also leads the IBM Business Continuity Management program, heading a dedicated team and the leadership BCM community across all IBM business units and corporate functions and processes.
